What is a Campus Missionary?
Your mission field will be a college campus in Texas. As a Campus Missionary, you will be heavily involved in evangelism and discipleship through coaching students, prayer-walking, servant-evangelism, luncheons, and leading small groups. This position for ministry will allow you to use your gifts and be challenged to go beyond your comfort zone to reach students.

On some campuses, you may also be assigned to focus on athletes or fraternity and sorority members. Some Campus Missionaries may also have a focus on International students by teaching conversational English classes, assisting with weekly international gatherings and special events. Several positions are available specifically for African-American and Hispanic students.

"My heart is beating for the ones named Desolate.
The ones who haven't experienced the undeserving grace that I receive on a daily basis.
The ones who don't believe they are fearfully and wonderfully made.
The ones who serve a god that requires and takes.
My heart beats for these people to be renamed!
For them to serve a Savior who is risen.
I want them to know He delights in them, and that there is a Savior who seeks them out,
who loves them, and who offers them everlasting life - despite their inadequate state.
That's why I have decided to be a campus missionary."
-Jessie, former Campus Missionary at Amarillo College
